By downloading, installing, or using Celerosoft software or this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

1. License

Paid products are licensed, not sold. Licenses are granted per the plan you purchase and may not be shared beyond the licensed user/mailbox count unless your agreement says otherwise. Free products (such as Google Drive Backup) are provided as-is under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

2. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or use our software to violate applicable laws, Google/Microsoft terms, or third-party rights.

3. Support

Support is provided according to your license tier. Contact support@celerosoft.com for assistance.

4. Disclaimer

Software is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for verifying backups and restores in your environment.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celerosoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from use of the software.
